What changes have occurred in the home improvement industry, management models, and consumer demand for home improvement? [Li Yujie] In the past three years, it can be said that in fact, the home improvement industry is not doing very well, and it is still affected by the financial crisis. However, it is precisely because of the external situation that the home improvement company will better strengthen the management, provide better services to consumers, and provide more cost-effective services and products. Especially now, consumer demand has changed, consumers have begun to like one-stop shopping, and home improvement companies have begun to demand integrated services, and hope that home improvement companies can meet their various needs. The current home improvement company has already had good mutual assistance and cooperation with the building materials market, because the professional and full-service of the home improvement company not only saves consumers time, effort, and cost, but also makes the service more detailed and higher. [Reporter] Is there much cooperation between the home improvement industry and other home furnishing industries other than the building materials market? Including furniture, home furnishings, etc. [Li Yujie] The cooperation between home decoration and furniture and home furnishings has already been mentioned on the agenda, and will begin to deepen cooperation next year. At present, only cooperation with the building materials industry is more comprehensive. [Reporter] Will the association play a role in the matchmaking? [Li Yujie] Yes, we have been working hard now, and we hope to use the association as a platform to provide cooperation channels for home improvement companies, furniture companies and home decoration companies, thereby reducing costs, optimizing management processes, and ultimately providing consumers with more comprehensive and more professional service. Like us in October this year, the National Federation of Industry and Commerce Family Decoration Professional Committee will set up such a platform in Guangdong to do some activities to promote the cooperation of furniture, home decoration, home decoration and other enterprises. [Reporter] How do you understand the concept of "big home"? How do you think about some home improvement companies to set up their own production lines to produce furniture, furniture, and even flooring and ceramic sanitary ware products? Or is it an industrial enterprise such as furniture or home decoration that directly cultivates its own home improvement team? [Li Yujie] I think that the home decoration is a very personalized product, and the infrastructure required for its production is very large, and not all enterprises can afford it. In addition, there are some home improvement companies that have their own furniture, but they are all based on the plate type, and there is not much influence and competitiveness. Moreover, the furniture involved in the home improvement, in addition to the panel furniture, as well as soft furniture, solid wood furniture, leather furniture, etc., it is impossible for an enterprise to produce all of these products, I think it should be based on cooperation, not a business. [Li Yujie] I think that there may be some companies with strong companies that will do a lot of products, but this will not become a major trend in the future. Because the industry has a specialization, it is difficult for a company to produce all its products. The most basic hardware design is difficult to achieve. There are also some production and sales problems, and management will also take a lot of cost. Therefore, I believe that if there is a big home trend in the future, it should also exist in a cooperative mode. Through cooperation, open up the upstream and downstream industry chain of the home industry, let the entire industry chain become an organic whole, eliminate disorderly competition, and achieve a win-win situation for everyone, and ultimately benefit consumers.
