However, after the actual delivery and installation, Mr. Li measured that the security door was only 8.5 cm, and there was no thick steel plate in the security door. Mr. Li found the merchant and the other party refused to return it. After mediation by the industrial and commercial department, the merchant has handled the return for Mr. Li. With the arrival of the renovation season, consumer disputes in home decoration services and the purchase of building materials and furniture products have also increased. In April, the two hotlines of “12315†and “96315†received 187 complaints. At present, 138 have been completed and 83 mediations have been successfully completed.
