Experts agreed that the industrialization of pyridine alkali has reached the world's advanced level, which has been declared to be broken by the monopolization of a few quaternary multinational corporations over more than half a century.
Pyridinium is an intermediate of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds. 80% of nitrogen-containing heterocycles, pesticides, and a large number of chemical intermediates require the use of pyridine base, even food additives, tobacco flavors, radial tires, and daily chemicals. The product is also a downstream derivative of a pyridine base.
Since 1998, Nanjing No. 1 Pesticide Group has independently developed pyridine base. In 2002, the group invested more than 80 million yuan in the construction of the pilot plant into trial production, but due to the wrong choice of engineering path, it ended in failure. After continuous exploration and optimization, in July 2005, the company started investing in a large-scale production plant with an annual output of 12,000 tons of pyridine base. After nearly one year of debugging, optimization, and innovation, the drive was successful in May 2006 and it was reached in January of this year. Production Danone standards.
While optimizing the production technology, the Group also used the pyridine catalyst as a breakthrough, and in 2008 developed a new catalyst and production technology for synthetic pyridine with China's independent intellectual property rights.
In March 2007, on the basis of autonomously mastering the first technology of pyridine base production equipment, the Group invested in Anhui Dangtu to build the largest production capacity of 25,000 tons of pyridine alkali per year in the world. It was once in June last year. The drive was successful. In February this year, it reached a quality standard with a 99.9% pyridine content and 98% 3-methylpyridine content.
At present, the Group's pyridine base project not only has 89 independent intellectual property rights, but also has developed products such as pyridine, 3-methylpyridine, 2-methylpyridine and 4-methylpyridine. The project was listed as a national key project for the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", was included in the national debt project by the National Development and Reform Commission, was included in the national key new product plan by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and was included in the major scientific and technological achievements transformation project of Jiangsu Province by the Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province.
In the next three years, the group will expand the pyridine alkali industry to an annual output of 100,000 tons. Only heterocyclic pesticides can increase sales of more than 4 billion yuan and increase profits by several hundred million yuan. The group will also become the largest production base for heterocyclic pesticides and pharmaceutical intermediates in the Asia Pacific region.
