The accumulating rate of aluminum ions in the chemical polishing solution is fast. With the continuous accumulation of aluminum ion concentration, the viscosity of the solution will also increase. Under normal circumstances, when the concentration of aluminum ions is about 30g/L, the viscosity is about 1.739/cm3, and the chemical polishing quality is favorable in this range. Below this value or higher than this value can easily lead to pitting corrosion of the polished surface. In order to maintain the viscosity of the chemical polishing solution in a more suitable range of polishing, the work should be adjusted or updated at any time according to the actual conditions of the quality of the polishing surface to ensure the quality of the polishing parts.
