The system features an open architecture that aligns with modern trends, ensuring compatibility with third-party systems and devices, and enabling seamless integration of user systems.
The system offers multiple core functions, including access control and elevator management. It is designed for future expansion, allowing for additional features such as parking management, alarm systems, and electronic wallet capabilities. This makes it a cost-effective and scalable solution for various applications.
With a modular design, the system can be customized to meet specific project requirements, ensuring efficient use of resources. Users can easily expand or modify the system in the future without significant reconfiguration.
The system allows for flexible partitioning based on user-defined settings, enabling secure management of different areas. It supports the creation of building layouts and provides intuitive control over access, locking, and arming through simple mouse clicks. Daily operations are straightforward and user-friendly.
The network is designed with isolation capabilities, ensuring continued operation even if part of the network cable fails. It also enhances resistance to lightning strikes and signal interference. The RS485 communication protocol uses both active transmission (interrupt request) and polling methods, improving communication efficiency compared to traditional polling-only systems.
The system includes a robust main controller that eliminates the need for continuous host booting, enabling advanced access control features like interlock and anti-passback.
It utilizes 1990s-era inductive smart card technology with 1K bytes of storage, supporting future e-wallet functionality. The cards are contactless, durable, and can last over 10 years. They also allow for custom logos, enhancing the building's brand image.
**II. Elevator Intelligent Control Design Concept**
Based on the user’s initial requirements, this system is designed to provide convenient, secure, and efficient elevator management for high-end residential buildings. Each resident is issued a proximity card, similar in size to a credit card, which grants access to authorized floors.
A central management computer records all system events and generates reports as needed. The elevator is equipped with an inductive card reader, a card reading module, and expansion modules, forming an intelligent control unit. Once a card is read, the system allows access only to pre-set floors. Unauthorized floor selections are blocked, and non-cardholders cannot use the elevator.
Elevator control can be adjusted according to time periods. For example, certain floors may be uncontrolled during specific hours, or general cardholders may gain access to more floors. During emergencies, such as fire alarms, the system can override elevator controls. On critical floors, the elevator can be set to "interlock" with doors for added security. Emergency alarm buttons are also available within the elevator for safety.
For visitors, two options are available:
A. Temporary cards are issued at the security desk after video intercom verification by residents. Security staff then grant access to the elevator.
B. Integration with the video intercom system allows residents to confirm visitor identities and authorize access via a button press at their home.
This system ensures a secure, efficient, and user-friendly environment for both residents and visitors.
