The gold-lined PTFE magnetic flap level gauge features a stainless steel body lined with polypropylene (PP) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This design offers high structural strength and excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for measuring acidic liquids, alkalis, and various organic solvents. However, it is not recommended for use with concentrated substances such as nitric acid, chlorine-containing solvents, aromatic compounds, or aliphatic solvents. The side-mounted internal magnetic flap level gauge is constructed using stainless steel, PTFE, and PP, making it well-suited for measuring corrosive media. The side-mounted lining type magnetic flap level gauge (PTFE) is designed for liquid level measurement in highly corrosive environments and at elevated temperatures. It incorporates an advanced stainless steel lining PTFE stretch flange technology, ensuring a reliable and long-lasting structure. This model is particularly suitable for applications involving highly corrosive media like hydrofluoric acid. The side-mounted lining type magnetic flap level gauge (PP) is ideal for measuring inorganic corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid. Thanks to the high strength of imported materials, especially the unique thermal insulation properties of PPR, this gauge can be used near metal surfaces. It is also suitable for outdoor tank level monitoring, as it prevents freezing during winter. However, compared to the PTFE version, it has lower temperature and pressure resistance. When operating under low-temperature and low-pressure conditions, this model offers better cost-effectiveness. Users can choose to install a remote transmitter based on project requirements. This allows for local digital display and output of a standard 4–20mA remote transmission signal, meeting the needs of recording instruments or industrial process control systems. Additionally, it can be integrated with magnetic control switches or proximity switches to monitor or control the inflow and outflow of liquids.
