Characteristics and technical parameters of anti-corrosion lining PTFE magnetic plate level gauge

The gold-lined PTFE magnetic flap level gauge is constructed using a stainless steel body with a lining of polypropylene (PP) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This design offers excellent structural strength and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for measuring acidic liquids, alkalis, and various organic solvents. However, it is not recommended for use with concentrated substances like nitric acid, chlorine-containing solvents, aromatic compounds, or aliphatic materials. The side-mounted internal magnetic flap level gauge features a stainless steel body lined with PTFE or PP, making it well-suited for measuring corrosive media. It is particularly effective in environments where chemical resistance is essential. The side-mounted lined magnetic flap level gauge (PTFE) is designed for liquid level measurement in highly corrosive media and high-temperature applications. It incorporates advanced technology with a stainless steel PTFE stretch flange, ensuring a reliable and long-lasting structure. This model is especially suitable for measuring highly corrosive substances such as hydrofluoric acid. The side-mounted lined magnetic flap level gauge (PP) is ideal for measuring inorganic corrosive liquids like hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid. Due to the high strength of imported materials, especially the unique heat retention properties of PPR, this gauge is suitable for outdoor tank level measurements and prevents freezing during winter. While it may not perform as well as the PTFE version in extreme temperature and pressure conditions, it offers a cost-effective solution when operating under lower temperature and pressure levels. Users can choose to install a remote transmitter based on project requirements. This allows for local digital display and the output of a standard 4~20mA remote transmission signal, meeting the needs of recording instruments or industrial process control systems. Additionally, it can be used in conjunction with magnetic control switches or proximity switches for liquid level monitoring or to control the inflow and outflow of liquids.
