The above two gas stations are fixed to the Shanghai transportation system and specific industry vehicles with biodiesel. After one stage of operation, they will be evaluated and then gradually opened to social vehicles. If this pilot is successful, it will fundamentally realize the resource utilization of “ditch oilâ€.
According to the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration, after purification of impurities, chemical reactions, distillation and other processes, refined fatty acid methyl esters, also known as biodiesel, can be obtained from the waste oil of the kitchen.
According to the Chinese national standard "Biodiesel Blend Fuel", the biodiesel that can be used for vehicles must be "harmonized oil." For example, the B5 biodiesel supplied by the two pilot gas stations is made up of 5% biodiesel and 95% mineral diesel. At the same time, it is necessary to pass the assessment of dozens of quality indicators such as sulfur content, acid value, water content, freezing point, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
At present, Shanghai's “ditch oil†governance work has progressed in an orderly manner. According to the provisions of the “Administrative Measures for the Treatment of Wastes and Oils of Shanghai Kitchen and Kitchen Disposal†promulgated by the municipal government, the 18 food and beverage waste collection and transportation enterprises determined by the bidding of the Shanghai Municipal Greening and City Management Department are responsible for the unified receipt and transportation of the kitchen waste oil. After processing, it is sent to the enterprise for production and processing into biodiesel (BD100).
According to public data, the centralized disposal and disposal of wastes and oils in Shanghai kitchens has reached an average of 120 tons per day, and the annual production of diesel (BD100) is more than 30,000 tons. If this pilot is successful, it will fundamentally realize the resource utilization of “ditch oilâ€.
This pilot project was further transformed into the application of Sinopec oil supply system on the basis of years of scientific research, bus demonstration operation and demonstration by various parties in the previous period. This year, the pilot project was started at the Sinopec Fengxianzhuang Gas Station and the Sinopec Pudong Airport Weisan Gas Station.
