The joints of the conveying pipe should be tight, have sufficient strength, and can be quickly assembled and disassembled. When the minimum diameter of the pipe is lOOmm, the maximum particle size of the coarse aggregate must not exceed 25mm. When the minimum diameter is 125mm, the maximum particle size cannot exceed 40mm.
When piping vertically upwards, the length of the horizontal pipe on the ground should not be less than one quarter of the length of the vertical pipe, and should not be less than 15m, or comply with the specifications in the product specification. A shut-off valve shall be provided at the root of the transfer pipe at the discharge port of 3 to 6 m of the Y-shaped pipe of the concrete pumping pump to prevent backflow of the concrete mixture.
When pumping construction underground structures, the axis of the horizontal pipe on the ground shall be perpendicular to the axis of the discharge outlet of the Y-shaped pipe. When tilting down the piping, an exhaust valve shall be provided at the upper end of the inclined pipe; when the height difference is greater than 20m, a horizontal pipe with 5 times the height difference length shall be set at the lower end of the inclined pipe; if the conditions are limited, an elbow pipe or an annular pipe may be added. , Meet 5 times height difference length requirement.
The fixing of the concrete conveying pipe shall not be directly supported on the steel bars, formworks and embedded parts. The horizontal pipe shall be fixed at regular intervals with brackets, table mats, spreaders, etc. to facilitate the removal of pipe plugs, assembly and disassembly, and cleaning of pipes; The pipe should be fixed in the wall and the top hole of the column or slab with embedded parts. On the wall and column, each section of the pipe shall not be less than 1 fixed point, and shall be fixed at the reserved hole on each floor. The elbow at the lower end of the vertical pipe should not be used as a support point for the upper pipe. The steel support should be set to bear the vertical tube weight. When the vertical pipe is fixed on the scaffold, the scaffold may be reinforced as required. No leakage of slurry at pipe joints.
During the hot season, it is advisable to cover the concrete conveying pipe with a wet cover cloth or warm straw bag to avoid sunlight exposure. In the cold season, it is advisable to use thermal insulation materials to cover the tunnel of Kun soil, to prevent the concrete in the pipe from freezing, and to ensure the temperature of the concrete into the mold.
When the horizontal conveying distance exceeds 200m and the vertical conveying distance exceeds 40m, the conveying pipe is arranged vertically downwards or the horizontal pipe is arranged in front of the inclined pipe. When the amount of cement in the Kunming soil mixture is less than 300kg/m3, the piping method and pumping must be reasonably selected. For the process, large-diameter concrete pipes and long conical pipes are preferred, and elbows and hoses are less used. When the conveying height exceeds the maximum conveying distance of the concrete pump, a relay pump (successive pump) can be used for pumping.
In addition, according to the characteristics of the project structure, construction process, fabric requirements and piping conditions, etc., choose the fabric equipment. The distribution equipment should be arranged according to the plane dimensions of the structure, the piping conditions and the length of the distribution bar, and it should be able to cover the entire structural plane and be able to carry out the distribution evenly and rapidly. The fabric equipment should be firmly and stably installed.
