The maximum cutting amount of the cutter head is 5mm larger than the original model "APX3000 shape" and is 15mm. Due to the thickening of the cutter head, it is suitable for cutting materials with high processing loads such as cast iron, stainless steel, and high-hardness steel that has been processed at high temperatures.
This product reduces the heat during cutting by increasing the relief angle. The cutter head is designed to be convex, making the chips easier to discharge. In addition, since the Lamping angle is large, the groove machining and the surface machining are more efficient. "PV15TF" which has a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating on the superhard alloy TF15 and which has high wear resistance and defect resistance is used.
In terms of product range, there are 9 types of holders and the diameter of the cutter head is 25 to 63 mm. In the future, the types of tool holders and cutter head diameters will be further increased.
