The bevel gears (Fig. 1) processed by our factory are more difficult in the final grinding end face and outer circle. In the past, we mounted the gear on a 1:3000 spline mandrel. The geometrical tolerances and dimensional tolerances were severe, due to the size of the cone to the large end face (10.76_(-0.075)~0mm). The visual inspection of the plate is difficult to guarantee, and the spline hole of the gear after carburizing and quenching is greatly deformed and has a concave-convex shape (Fig. 2). It is difficult to find the gear on the mandrel.
