2. Pay attention to loading and unloading: roads, lights, signs, fire-fighting facilities, etc. at the loading and unloading site of dangerous goods must meet the conditions for safe loading and unloading. The loading and unloading workers should pay attention to their own protection and wear necessary protective equipment. Strictly follow the operating procedures, lightly loaded and lightly unloaded. Dangerous goods of different natures cannot be mixed with the car, such as detonators, explosives, etc. Do not install a car.

3. Pay attention to the car: Ships of dangerous goods must use suitable vehicles. Explosives, primary oxidants, organic oxides must not be shipped with fully-mounted car trains, three-wheeled vehicles, motorcycles, human tricycles and bicycles; explosives, one Class oxidants, organic peroxides, and primary flammable materials must not be shipped in tractors. Except for secondary solid dangerous goods, other dangerous goods shall not be shipped by dump truck.

4. Pay attention to fire prevention: dangerous goods should use tools that do not produce sparks during loading and unloading. No smoking is allowed inside the compartment. Vehicles should not be near open flames, high temperature places and places where the sun is exposed. The oil tanker carrying oil should be installed with a ground wire when stopping, loading and unloading. When driving, the ground wire should be touched to prevent static electricity from generating fire.

5. Pay attention to driving: For vehicles carrying dangerous goods, the signs specified in the Road Vehicles for Dangerous Goods by Road (GB13392-2005) should be set. Car operation must strictly abide by traffic, fire, public security and other regulations, should control the speed of the car, maintain the distance from the previous car, in case of deceleration in advance, to avoid emergency braking, it is strictly prohibited to overtake the car to ensure safe driving.

6. Pay attention to leakage: When the dangerous goods leak during the shipping process, they should be properly disposed according to the different nature of the dangerous goods. When the explosives are scattered, they should be moved to a safe place, repaired or replaced, and the leaked explosives should be soaked in water in time. Please ask the local public security firefighters to handle them; when the tanks containing compressed gas or liquefied gas leak, they should Move it to a ventilated place to water the leaking cylinder to cool down; when liquid ammonia leaks, it can be immersed in water. Other highly toxic gases should be immersed in lime water. When flammable solid objects are scattered, the scattered packaging should be quickly moved to a safe place.
