"High-precision precision CNC grinding series of super-hard material grinding wheel" project: undertaken by Zhengzhou Abrasives Grinding Research Institute, the cooperation units are: Hunan University, Baige Abrasives Co., Ltd., Shanghai Machine Tool Works Co., Ltd., Beijing No. 2 Machine Tool Works Co., Ltd., Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool Group Corporation. The project carried out research on formula of super-hard abrasive wheel, research on high-efficiency ceramic/resin/metal bond formulation, high-precision machining equipment for super-hard grinding wheel, tooling, super-hard grinding wheel manufacturing process optimization and grinding performance test, large-scale production technology research, etc. Three types of super-hard grinding wheels have been developed: super-hard material grinding wheels for overall tool grinding; CBN grinding wheels for high-precision shaft-type compound grinding; and diamond grinding wheels for optical element molding nano-level grinding. The super-hard grinding wheel developed by Shanghai Machine Tool Works Co., Ltd., Beijing No. 2 Machine Tool Plant Co., Ltd., Wuhan Heavy-duty Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. and Hunan University has been tested and verified. The main technical indicators are close to the international advanced level and can replace imported similar grinding wheels with obvious economic benefits. The project was completed in Zhengzhou Abrasives Grinding Research Institute and Baige Abrasives Co., Ltd. to form a batch production capacity. The super-hard material grinding wheel with integral tool grinding has a sales volume of 2.6 million yuan in 2015, and it has been applied well in the five-axis tool grinding machine of Changzhou Xixiashu about the tool manufacturing enterprise.
"R&D and demonstration application of precision flexible manufacturing system for machine tool box parts" : undertaken by Sichuan Pushkin Ningjiang Machine Tool Co., Ltd., the cooperation units are: Sichuan University, Chongqing University, Wuhan Huazhong CNC Co., Ltd. The project carried out FMS (flexible manufacturing system) overall design, FMS integrated control technology, seamless integration of FMS logistics, domestic CNC system application research, tool management technology, online monitoring technology, FMS support technology research based on MES seamless integration, comprehensive performance Test and specification technology research and other technical research, the project successfully developed two sets of precision 630mm and 800mm each of the two sets of precision plus two FMS, in Sichuan Pash Ningjiang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. demonstration application, the running time has reached 25 Month, CNC machine tool MTBF reached 1500 hours, and achieved good results. During the implementation of the project, 14 FMS production lines were sold with an output value of 225.04 million yuan. The factory has an annual capacity of 5-10 FMS. Experts believe that FMS is the basic equipment for digital manufacturing and is of great significance for promoting the implementation of "Made in China 2025".
The project of “5-axis CNC precision grinding machine around indexable insert” : undertaken by Jinan No. 6 Machine Tool Plant, the cooperation units are: Shandong University, Chengdu Chengquan Tools Group Co., Ltd. The research team carried out 8 technical research and development: including superhard material blade grinding process and process parameter optimization technology, blade and tool edge edge machining parameter optimization technology, complex surface machining mathematical modeling and automatic programming technology, fixture design Manufacturing technology, dynamic and static stiffness and optimization design of the whole machine mechanism, grinding size compensation technology, flexible processing technology around the blade, grinding wheel correction compensation technology, etc. Developed multi-axis control CNC system, developed special programming software, and trial-produced five 5-axis CNC precision grinding machines around indexable inserts, which realized standard blade automatic grinding and typical non-standard blades of all shape specifications according to international standards and national standards. For grinding, the machine has a double-sided negative chamfer grinding function. From the cutting of the blade to the automatic cutting of the sharpening, blanking, grinding wheel correction, etc., the precision of the grinding blade meets the requirements of national standards. The factory has a small batch production capacity of the grinding machine. According to the data: In recent years, China has imported a large number of five-axis CNC precision grinding machines from Germany and Switzerland, which are expensive. Experts believe that the subject is innovative in key technologies such as CNC systems, programming software, and online testing. The five-axis CNC precision grinding machine developed by the indexable inserts can replace imported products after industrialization.
"A/C double swing angle CNC universal milling head" subject: undertaken by Qiqihar Second Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd., the cooperation unit is Harbin Institute of Technology. The research team carried out the design and analysis technology of high-torque high-precision double-pendulum milling head, the manufacturing technology of high-torque high-precision double-swing angle milling head, and the technical research and research on high-torque high-precision double-pendulum milling head drive control technology. 2 sets of mechanical transmission A/C double swing angle CNC universal milling head with power of 40kW (1 set for worm gear and worm gear drive, 1 set for gear drive), 1 set of electric power main draw A/C double swing angle CNC universal The milling head, 3 samples passed the test of the national testing organization, reached the technical requirements of the project contract, and was tested and verified on the mainframe such as CNC floor boring machine and CNC gantry milling machine. Experts believe that the double swing angle CNC universal milling head is one of the key components of the 5-axis linkage CNC machine tool, and currently relies mainly on imports. High-power double-swing angle CNC universal milling heads have also been developed by several companies in China. Experts hope to further strengthen the promotion and application of domestic high-power universal milling heads on the basis of improving reliability.
