Scope of application:

This standard specifies the technical requirements, face detection methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of pure bending fatigue testing machines.

This standard is applicable to pure bending fatigue tester (hereinafter referred to as test machine) for metal test and sample rotation. It is also applicable to testers used in special conditions (such as high temperature, corrosive media, ambient atmosphere, etc.), but these special conditions do not stipulate these special conditions.

Working conditions:

1, the ambient temperature: 10 ° C -35 ° C

2, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 85%

3, the environment is free of vibration and away from noise sources

4, horizontal installation on a stable basis

5. The power supply voltage fluctuation does not exceed ±10% of the rated value.

1, speed

The maximum speed of the test machine is generally 10000r/min.

2, the initial bending moment

The initial bending moment of the testing machine should be as small as possible, and the initial bending moment should not be greater than 10% of the maximum bending moment of the testing machine.

3, bending moment relative error and repeatability error

The test machine starts from 10% of the maximum bending moment and reaches the maximum bending moment of the testing machine. The maximum allowable value of the bending moment relative error is ±1% of the nominal value of the bending moment;

4, the left and right bending moments are relatively poor

5, left and right spindle coaxiality

The test rods sandwiched between the left and right collets should have a radial runout of no more than 0.02 mm.

6, left and right collet height difference

When clamping the specimen, the height difference between the left and right collets should not exceed 0.1 mm.
