1.0 Purpose:

In order to improve product quality, reduce the occurrence of defective products, reduce waste, reduce costs, clean and orderly factory environment, and obtain customer acceptance, this regulation is formulated.

2.0 Scope of Application:

This regulation applies to production site management, where the production site materials and environmental sanitation are performed in accordance with the requirements of this regulation.

3.0 Management responsibilities:

3.0.1 The production department is responsible for the formulation, modification, and supervision of the implementation of this regulation.

3.0.2 Each team in the workshop shall be responsible for the management of their own on-site 6S in accordance with the regulations ;

4.0 working procedure

Implementing on-site 6S , including: sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleaning, quality, safety

4.1 Finishing: Distinguish between what is useful on the job site and what is not used, and clean up the job site with something that is not useful to keep it clean and tidy.

4.2 Requirements:

4.2.1 Each shift of the workshop shall place the transporting tools in orderly place according to the designated area after work. The qualified products, unqualified products, semi-finished products, to-be-inspected goods, products to be processed, fixtures and process cards shall be placed in an orderly manner.

4.2.2 Workbench and equipment There is no rags, gloves, or waste parts on the electric control box.

4.2.3 All non-animal products shall be thoroughly cleaned every Saturday to remove dust on the surface, and timely deliver waste rubbish to the designated place.

4.3 Rectification: The useful things should be arranged neatly according to the prescribed location and clearly marked so that they can be easily accessed.

4.4 Requirements:

4.4.1 Rotation racks, boxes, and car interiors are arranged in an orderly manner. The height of the shop's turnover racks should be less than 3 floors, so that turnover racks, boxes, and cars can be placed neatly and in an orderly manner. The principles are parallel. Near the production line can only be placed really needed items, not more than the specified range.

4.4.2 Each team and maintenance class will place maintenance tools centrally. Tools in the workshop toolbox (such as screwdrivers, pliers, grease guns, and oiling tools, measuring tools, etc.) are arranged neatly and orderly.

4.4.3 The workpieces in each process of the workshop shall be strictly divided according to the area and stored (for the narrowness of the venue, relevant leaders shall be promptly notified for temporary processing).

4.4.4 Workshop semi-finished parts, etc. are executed in accordance with the “Regulations for semi-finished products and parts management”

4.4.5 Workshop All cleaning tools are placed in designated positions for each shift.

4.4.6 The workpiece should be handled with care, and any operator is not allowed to use the workpiece as a support point to prevent the occurrence of bumps.

4.5 Cleaning: Remove dirt from the site and prevent contamination.

4.6 Requirements: Every Saturday, all the equipment, workshop floor and bathroom of the whole plant shall be subject to sanitary inspection. The standard is no dead garbage and the equipment has no obvious oil pollution.

4.7 Cleanliness: Institutionalize and standardize the practices of the first 3S implementation and implement and maintain the results.

4.8 Requirements: The weekly production and personnel department organizes on-site inspections and assessments. The responsibility for the workshop and the person in charge of the team shall be investigated for the violation of the above regulations and requirements in accordance with relevant company management regulations.

4.9 Literacy: Everyone works according to the regulations and develops good habits.

4.10 Requirements: All employees must wear work clothes and related labor protection supplies when they are required to go to work, and the clothes should be tidy. Strictly abide by the provisions of these regulations, and at the same time, it shall be implemented in accordance with the "Labor Management Discipline" and "Safety Production Management System" and "Occupational Health Management System".

4.11 Security:

The employees of the whole plant strictly follow the procedures and procedures, and do a good job of labor protection. They should be cautious and concentrated in their work. Barbaric operations are strictly prohibited to prevent the parts from being bruised.

Remarks: The occurrence of an accident and timely report to the factory department shall be implemented in accordance with the “Safety Production Management System”.
