The surface roughness of the eccentric that drives the oil pump must not exceed O. 80μm. The wear of the eccentric exceeds 2.00mm; the camshaft should be repaired or replaced.
.5) The cylindricity of each journal of the camshaft: the overhaul specification is 5μm; the overhaul promises no more than 15μm; the operating limit is 25μm.
.6) The end face circular runout error of the journal radial runout and the axial thrust end face of the camshaft loaded timing gear; no more than 35μm.
2. The camshaft bearing repair camshaft bearing and journal cooperation gap is greater than 0. 15mm or diesel engine overhaul; should replace the new bearing to restore the normal cooperation between the journal and the bearing.
.1) According to the scale of the camshaft journal; select the bearing of the same level repairing scale.

Scrape to the thick gauge thickness between the bearing and the journal = the cooperation interference between the bearing and the bearing hole + the cooperation gap between the bearing and the journal; pull When the thickness gauge is slightly resistant, it is suitable. This way; when the bearing is pressed into the bearing hole; because the reduction of the inner diameter of the bearing is close to the interference between the bearing and the bearing hole; the required cooperation gap can be obtained. Try to make the bearing wall thickness uniform; to ensure the concentricity of each bearing.
.4) The rear end cover of the cylinder block is removed; the old bearing is removed. The new bearing should be focused on the positive oil hole when pressing in; the camshaft bearing of each lane must not be misplaced; avoid affecting the smoothness of the rocker arm.
.5) Inserting the camshaft into the bearing bore for several turns; appropriate shaving according to the condition of tightness and touch area. The method of checking the cooperative tightness is: applying oil in the bearing; changing the camshaft several times; When using the finger to move the timing gear; the sensitive and non-blocking appearance should be changed; the camshaft is pulled up and down without significant gap feeling.
3. Inspection of timing gears. 1) The meshing gap between the timing gear and the crankshaft timing gear should comply with the relevant regulations. When the operating limit is exceeded; or the same pair of gear meshing gaps are measured at 3 points of 120° apart along the circumference of the gear; Beyond O. 10mm; should replace the gear. The meshing gap can be measured by the thickness gauge piercing between the two teeth or by using a dial gauge against the gear.
.2) The camshaft timing gear shall not be cracked; the tooth shape and the inner hole shall be intact; when loose, it shall be replaced.
.3) The keyway of the timing gear on the camshaft is damaged; it is allowed to open a new slot; however, the timing mark should be marked on the timing gear to prevent the phase of the valve.
4. The camshaft axial clearance adjustment camshaft axial clearance should comply with the relevant regulations; the viewing method is shown in the drawing; the thickness gauge is used; the thickness difference between the thrust flange and the spacer can also be directly measured. When the thrust flange Wear causes the axial clearance to exceed the gauge; the thrust flange of the gauge thickness should be replaced; the thickness of the spacer should not be reduced; otherwise; the axial orientation of the cam will be changed; the accuracy of the phase of the valve will be affected.
