As a typical application of a positive displacement pump, a plunger pump or a gear pump can meet our requirements in terms of its principle and structure. Accurate measurement, high precision, and easy control are its obvious features.

In order to ensure the high-precision proportional mixing requirements of the proportional mixer, the plunger foam pump alone is not sufficient as an actuator. We also need a drive device and a control system to work together to ensure the performance of the final proportion mixer. For the drive device, we chose a stepper motor with high reliability and accuracy. For the control system, we use a closed-loop automatic control mode. After the water flow meter monitors the water flow, the signal is sent to the control unit. The control unit calculates the amount of foam liquid that needs to be filled according to the foam ratio input by the operator, and then sends the signal “ How much foam liquid ” to the motor. , motor while executing instructions will feedback "actually a number of bubble liquid."
