The CH and CHY gear pump is designed to handle various media with viscosity up to 200 °E (1500 mPa·s), including oils containing solid particles and mechanical impurities, as well as turbine oil and other lubricants. The operating temperature should not exceed 120°C. As a positive displacement pump, it features self-priming capability, smooth oil delivery, high pressure, low wear, long service life, broad applicability, and high efficiency.
Equipped with a safety valve for overload protection, the CH and CHY pump has a full back pressure of 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure. Adjustments can be made according to user requirements. However, the safety valve should not be used for long-term operation; if needed, it can be installed separately on the pipeline.
The CH and CHY gear pump is widely applied in sectors such as national defense, petroleum, chemical industry, power generation, metallurgy, transportation, pharmaceuticals, and food processing. Based on process needs, it can also be adapted into thermal oil pumps, hot oil pumps, asphalt pumps, and corrosion-resistant pumps.
