  Filler Masterbatches is compounded of high quality filler, polymer resin and other additive agents by twin-screw machine. Filler Masterbatch is a resin (PE, PP, ABS, PS,....)  based master batch containing calcium carbonate. It is white with excellent dispensability. It is widely used in the plastic industry (blow film, blow molding, injection molding, wire drawing, bag molding, slip casting, dyeing, extrusion molding) to reduce the production cost and improve the character of final products.

High Quality BaSO4 Filler Masterbatch
  BaSO4 filler masterbatch is kind of high dispersibility and stability of additive for polyolefin resin which protects machine's precision. Reducing the cost of the finished product. Acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, non-toxic and tasteless.
  Our BaSO4 filler masterbatch containing about 70% barium sulfate, can widely used in noble tableware, disposable tableware (dishes, glasses, fork, knifes, cups, lunch-box, etc) injection molding, extrusion, piping, sheet, blow molding blown film and laminated products.
  It is specifically designed for HDPE film, LDPE film, PE pipes, PP sheet/board and injection molding products, it can greatly reduce the product cost and has little effect on the transparency and other performance of the final products. The product made with it is just looks as same as that with pure resin.
