Abstract: This paper introduces the characteristics of Yudian series products, and illustrates the successful application of AI708T, AI808, AIMCGS and AIFCS in Dacheng pesticide products, enriching the application experience of Yudian series products and achieving the desired results.

I. Overview
Shandong Dacheng Pesticide Co., Ltd. is a large national enterprise with pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, mildew and anti-caries agents, and chemical products such as caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, liquid chlorine and dichlorobenzene. Two series. Has more than 50 years of production management experience. Pesticide products such as insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, mildew and anti-caries agents are basically subjected to batch reaction operations. The batch reaction operation is relatively dispersed, and it is suitable to use distributed display, control, centralized monitoring and recording.

3. The application of Yudian products is based on the characteristics of intermittent operation of pesticide production in Shandong Dacheng Pesticide Co., Ltd. and the characteristics of Yudian products. The pesticide products of Shandong Dacheng Pesticide Co., Ltd. use a large number of Yudian series products such as: AI708TB30, AI708TBS130, AI-808 BXS8, AI708M2BS15, AI708MBS30, AI-708HBI4S2, AI-708YBI4S6, AI704MBS5, AI706MBS8, AI501TB3, AIFCS5, liquid/volume (weight) display controller, etc. The set of AIFCS has reached 150 points.
The following is an example of a Yuguang instrument used in the intermediate of one of the pesticide products of Shandong Dacheng Pesticide.
3.1 System hardware tetramethylethylene mainly controls the differential pressure between the bottom of the tower and the top of the tower by adjusting the amount of steam entering the reboiler. The differential pressure single loop regulation system of the cutting tower, the rectification tower and the rectification tower , cutting tower high position tank, rectification one tower high level tank, rectification two tower high level tank three sets of liquid level indication, interlocking system, the high level tank level automatically stops the pump when the liquid level reaches the upper limit, and automatically opens the pump when the lower limit is reached, the second polymerization kettle High pressure alarm, temperature indication, recording and other functions. The system is designed according to the explosion-proof level requirements of the production site. It consists of Advantech industrial control computer, RS232/RS485 converter, Yudian AI-708TBS intelligent digital display instrument, Yudian AI-808BXS artificial intelligence industrial regulator, and on-site instrumentation to form AIFCS computer. The monitoring system, which has the characteristics of monitoring and recording the fieldbus system such as concentration, control and dangerous dispersion, is very suitable for the industrial production requirements of our company. The hardware system is composed as shown in Figure 1. The disk surface and the industrial computer are shown in Figure 2.

Select AIMCGS configuration software platform, use RS485 protocol to form LAN, form AIFCS computer monitoring system, self-programming, configuration, debugging, realize centralized monitoring, control, recording and other functions of process parameters. The industrial computer transmits the query statement to search for each Yuguang intelligent instrument and collect real-time data. The parameters of the Yuguang smart meter can be modified on the instrument panel, or can be modified by issuing a command statement from the monitor. One of the screens of the monitoring system is shown in Figure 3.
3.3 AI-808 artificial intelligence industrial regulator is not normal during commissioning and commissioning. After repeated inspection and monitoring program configuration, the device property name OP setting mode of the basic attribute of AI-808 device component should be set to 0-not OP Value, if set to 1-set OP value, that is, automatically set the OP value, indicating that the OP value is written, then a variable value must be assigned to the OP, otherwise the AI-808 artificial intelligence industrial regulator can not work normally. The SV setting mode is the same as the OP setting mode.
When the automatic single-loop system is put into operation, according to the experience and the requirements of the AI ​​artificial intelligence industrial regulator instruction manual, the self-tuning (AT) function is used to adjust the accuracy after setting. Replace the liquid level switch with the liquid level meter, replace the three intelligent digital display meters AI-708TBS with the intelligent inspection instrument AI-708M2, use three inspection instruments for the six temperature measurement points, and install the three digital display meters separately. Two L4 relay output modules, which change the parameter settings of the wiring and intelligent digital display to realize liquid level indication and interlock. It saves the investment cost of renovation.

IV. Summary 1 The modular structure of the Yudian series makes the instrument more convenient and cheaper.
2 At present, Yudian series products have been used for many years in Shandong Dacheng Pesticide Co., Ltd., and there have never been any quality problems and the operation is in good condition.

4 It is planned to continue to use AI-708TBS, AI-708TB, AI706MBS, AIFCS and other UAV products on the new product, Permethrin.
