From the inspection situation, 12 coal-fired power plants have all built off* and on-line monitoring facilities; 9 cement plants have all shut down the shaft kiln production line in accordance with national industrial policies; 17 printing and dyeing enterprises have all built pollution control facilities; Six of the enterprises have established waste water reuse treatment facilities and achieved zero discharge of waste water.
