BNS Construction Company established in 1992 by Barry Shamlou in Bay Area.  Barry Shamlou has obtained Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.  He is certified in System Programing and Project Control.  Barry is carrying several contractor licenses.  He has over 35 years experience in Construction Industry.
